Shipping

Everything is handmade in Ireland and posted with care. This page explains how long your order takes, where we ship, and what it costs.

1. When your order ships

Your total wait is made up of two parts:

  1. Making time (lead time) — most pieces are made to order, so this is the time we need to make your piece. The lead time is shown on each product page (typically 2-3 weeks). Ready-to-ship pieces have little or no making time.
  2. Delivery time — how long the post takes once your piece is dispatched (see the table below).

We'll email you when your order is on its way, with tracking where available. If anything will take longer than stated, we'll let you know. By law we will dispatch within 30 days unless we've agreed a longer time with you (which is normal for commissions).

2. Where we ship and what it costs

We ship worldwide. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Estimated delivery times below are from the date of dispatch, not the date you order.

Destination Estimated delivery after dispatch Delivery cost
Ireland [1–3 working days] [€X.XX]
United Kingdom [3–7 working days] [€X.XX]
European Union [3–10 working days] [€X.XX]
USA & Canada [7–14 working days] [€X.XX]
Rest of World [10–21 working days] [€X.XX]

[Add any free-shipping threshold here, e.g. "Free standard shipping within Ireland on orders over €X."]

3. How we send your order

  • Pieces are sent by An Post [or your chosen courier], using a tracked and insured service appropriate to the value of the piece.
  • Everything is packed securely and presented in our gift packaging.
  • A tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch where the service provides one.

4. Customs, duties, and taxes (orders outside Ireland)

  • Chloe Wynne is not currently registered for VAT, so no Irish VAT is added at checkout.
  • For orders outside the EU — including the United Kingdom since Brexit — your country may charge import duty, taxes, or handling fees on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in the price or delivery charge, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's rules before ordering.
  • We declare parcels accurately and lawfully and cannot mark items as gifts or under-state their value.

5. Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, email chloe@chloewynne.ie as soon as possible and we'll correct it if the order hasn't been dispatched.

6. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

  • If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived in the expected time, email chloe@chloewynne.ie and we'll help trace it.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, keep all the packaging and contact us within [48 hours] with photos, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Postal delays outside our control (for example, customs hold-ups or busy periods) can happen; we'll do everything we can to help, but the delivery estimates above are guidelines, not guarantees.
